The Braves rushed for 74 yards and had 346 yards through the air for a total of 420 yards of offense. The Eagles had 218 yards passing and 253 yards rushing, finishing with a total of 471 yards of offense. Offensive Stats vs. Avila Dalyn Johnson – 42 yards rushing, 1 TD Connor Kaegi – 335 yards passing, 28-for-43, 2 TD Colton Davis – 110 yards receiving, 9 rec, 1 TD Saturday’s contest45 is the 45th all-time meeting between OU Defensive Stats vs. Avila and MC in McPherson. The Braves have a record of 27-17 on Colby Johnson – 10 Tackles, 1 PBU the road in McPherson against the Bulldogs. Five teams, that have not won 10 games in a season. Jordan Lynch (Northern Illinois) and Khalil Tate (Arizona) are the only FBS players to record 300 rushing yards and 150 passing yards in the same game Lynch became the first quarterback to have a 150/300 game, doing so vs. Central Michigan in October 2013. Lynch, who finished in third place in the 2013 Heisman Trophy voting passed for 155 yards and ran for 316 yards in the 30-20 win. The 32 carries were the second-most of his career. Khalil Tate introduced himself to the college football world last October vs. Colorado when he terrorized the @BravesAthletics Buffaloes for 327 rushing yards on 14 carries. He was 12-for-13 passing for 154 yards. Did You Know: Brad Peery, a 2019 BAHOF inductee, played both sides of the ball in 1985. He earned First Team All-KCAC 2019 Braves Football as an offensive guard and Second Team All-KCAC as a defensive tackle.
