Division Memorandum No. ___ I Republic of the Philippines DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Region 02~ Cagayan Valley SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. ___I~----' s. 2018 May9,2018 ISSUANCE OF 2017 PHILIPPINE EDUCATIONAL PLACEMENT TEST (PEPT) CERTIFICATE OF RATINGS (CORs) To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief Education Program Supervisors (CID & SGOD) Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors/Dies Public and Private Elementary and Secondmy School Heads All Others Concerned 1. In line with the administered regular Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) held at Bayombong South Elementmy School on November 19, 2017, the field is hereby informed that the Certificate of Ratings (CORs) of PEPT takers are now available for release at the SGOD Office, 2nd Floor, Schools Division Office ofNueva Vizcaya. 2. The Philippine Educational Placement Test Certificate of Rating contains the report on how the examinee performed in the test. The rating per subject area will detennine if the examinee has met the basic academic requirements for the grade level passed and the level to enroll for the following school year. Hence, all public and private School Guidance Counselors are advised to attach the Copy of individual examinee's Certificate of Rating to the Pennanent Academic Record Form (SF 10) for proper guidance and information of all concerned. 3. Releasing ofCORs shall be released by the DTC and/or the Administrative Staff- Emily Praxedes Melad to school's Guidance Counselor/Testing Coordinator/School Head. 4. Moreover, all public and private Schools Heads and Guidance Counselors are advised to provide a separate compilation of Certified True Copy of Philippine Educational Placement Test - Certificate of Rating (PEPT - COR) secured in every guidance office, which will serve as ready reference for data gathering and test utilization. 5. Of which, twenty- seven (27) road sections in Regions II and CAR and one (1) bridge in Isabela and Kalinga are still rendered not passable. No significant update 2. Magat watershed was declared as a forest-reservation area through Proclamation No. 573 on June 26, 1969 because of its great importance to human survival and environmental balance in the region. The Magat case demonstrates the important role that ‘champions’ like the local government unit (LGU) could play in managing the country’s watersheds. With the Nueva Viscaya province constituting 97% of the Magat watershed, the provincial government was committed to provide a strong management support system to the watershed.
