Fc20 Vip-Map Rvv Eng Web.Pdf 104th TOUR OF FLANDERS Sunday 5 April 2020 Last year, spectators of the Tour of Flanders, which celebrated its 103rd anniversary, were treated to yet another epic race. For the thirdtime in the Tour’s history, the start took place in the heart of Antwerp’s mag- nificent historic city centre. The race itself proved to be an absolutely thrilling experience, with hundreds of thousands of fans lining Flemish roads and a memorable grand finale. Thanks to Marta Bastianelli’s convin- cing sprint and Alberto Bettiol’s daring feat, Italy was on top during the cycling festival in Oudenaarde. The 104rd edition of “Flanders’ Finest” will undoubtedly continue the tradition of offering a spectacle like no other. Antwerp will once again be the epicentre of the cycling world for a day. Meanwhile, the Paterberg- Oude Kwaremont tandem impatiently awaits the arrival of the gladiators on their bicycles while the city of Oudenaarde is already gearing up for an epic climax. Cyclists and cycling fans from all corners of the world will spend months looking forward to Sunday 5 April. Because on this day, an entire nation is roused by this thrilling cycling race. I hopped on my bike and rode to my friend Steve’s house. It was spring break and I was home from college with no particular plans, so falling back on my high school routines was like slipping into an old sweatshirt.
