Congratulations to our team of Thur 8 Dec Presentation Night at 7.30 p.m. Georgia Papworth, Taylah Schirmer, Tom Parker and Intensive Swimming - Years K to 4 Fri 9 Dec Jack Watson. Wonderful achievement! and Riverina Blues at 11.45 p.m. A 16 hour day! Each show went for over 3 Kinder Orientation– we look forward to seeing the 20 hours. On Christmas Eve 1937, radio broadcaster Norman Banks was deeply moved by the sight of a woman singing carols at her window with the glow of a candle illuminating her face. The following year, he organised a gathering of 10,000 people to sing carols by candlelight in Melbourne’s Alexandra Park. Nearly seven decades later, the warmth and goodwill of this magical night has spread from Victoria throughout Australia, lighting up many lives with the joy of Christmas.
