Gamma Eta Scholarship Application

Application must be submitted to Dr. Day or to Ms. Hamilton in the Chemistry Department office by 12:00, Friday, March 27.

List all physics courses you have completed. Include when you took them, which institution you took them from and your grade.

List all of the science courses you are taking this semester. Which offices have you held in Gamma Eta chapter and which committees have you served on? In what other ways have you been involved in the activities of the chapter?

Have you been involved in any other activities that promote one or more of the three objects of Alpha Chi Sigma? If so, briefly describe those activities and explain how they promote the objects.

The selection committee is allowed to consider financial need as one of the criteria in selecting the recipient for this scholarship. Briefly describe any special circumstances that you would like for the committee to consider.

One of the requirements is that the recipient must attend Marshall University the next semester after the scholarship is awarded so applicants are required to sign the following statement:
