Include when you took them, which institution you took them from and your grade. List all of the science courses you are taking this semester. Which offices have you held in Gamma Eta chapter and which committees have you served on? In what other ways have you been involved in the activities of the chapter? Have you been involved in any other activities that promote one or more of the three objects of Alpha Chi Sigma? If so, briefly describe those activities and explain how they promote the objects. One of the requirements is that the recipient must attend Marshall University the next semester after the scholarship is awarded so applicants are required to sign the following statement: If I am the recipient of the Gamma Eta Scholarship for 2015 I will attend Marshall University in the fall semester of 2015 or I will return the full amount of the award.
