This high number of claims clearly illustrates that there is still a lot of uncertainty related to the title of properties in Kosovo. It also represents a challenge for the Agency, because all these claims will need to be processed in a timely and professional way, without any mistakes, and the Kosovo Property Claims Commission needs to decide upon all this cases by applying the applicable law and make fair decisions.
