During the Paya Lebar CTR closure timings, flight planning via SINJON for all Seletar departures and arrivals will not be available. 2.4 Altitudes of flights on Airway G579 between JB / SJ within Singapore FIR and Airway B469 between SJ / PU will be restricted during the times stated in column (f) of the schedule in Annex A. 2.5 As many flights are expected to arrive at and depart from Singapore Changi Airport shortly before and after the closure of Changi CTR, airline operators are advised to plan their flights to arrive or depart well before or after the closure of Changi CTR to avoid delays. 2.6 Aircraft operators are advised to take into consideration possibilities of airborne delay and plan for sufficient fuel for at least 20 minutes of holding. 2.7 Departing aircraft from Singapore Changi Airport will be facilitated to ensure sufficient lead-time to clear the Changi CTR prior to closure. The last departing aircraft shall take off not later than 3 minutes before the airport closure time. 3 AIR TRAFFIC FLOW MANAGEMENT (ATFM) MEASURES FOR FLIGHTS ARRIVING AT SINGAPORE CHANGI AIRPORT 3.1 ATFM measures, where necessary, will be in place to regulate the air traffic flow to match the prevailing capacity prior to and after the re-opening of Singapore Changi Airport. Please refer to AIP Singapore ENR 1.9 for details on ATFM procedures. 3.2 When ATFM ground delay programme are implemented, inbound flights into Singapore Changi Airport which are issued with a Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) shall comply with the restriction. The compliance window of minus 5 / plus 10 minutes will be measured for CTOT. For the purpose of manning the delays, flights that are non-compliant or not part of the ground delay programme can expect to receive tactical ATC actions. © Civil Aviation Authority Singapore AIP SUP 074/2021-2 AIP Singapore 01 JUN 2021~~~eaip-amdt~~~ Annex A AIRSPACE CLOSURE SCHEDULE (ALL TIMINGS IN UTC) Sembawang Tengah ATZ Paya Lebar Singapore ATZ & Light and Paya Lebar CTR, SJ/PU & WSD11 A/B Seletar Airport Date Changi Airport Aircraft CTR JB/SJ and CTR (Ground to and CTR Training Areas (Ground to (Ground to 12,500ft) “A”, “B” and “C” 3,000ft) 10,000ft) (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) Not Not 17 Jun 21 0330-0530 0330-0530 0330-0530 0330-0530 applicable applicable Not Not 22 Jun 21 0800-1000 0800-1000 0800-1000 0800-1000 applicable applicable Not Not 28 Jun 21 0800-1000 0800-1000 0800-1000 0800-1000 applicable applicable 0935-0950 3 Jul 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 10 Jul 21 1040-1058 1030-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 Not 0105-0120 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 15 Jul 21 applicable 0605-0620 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0935-0950 17 Jul 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 Not Not 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 22 Jul 21 applicable applicable 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0935-0950 24 Jul 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 0935-0950 25 Jul 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 Not 0105-0120 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 27 Jul 21 applicable 0605-0620 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 Not 0105-0120 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 29 Jul 21 applicable 0605-0620 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0535-0650 0935-0950 31 Jul 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 0935-0950 1 Aug 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 Not 7 Aug 21 0105-0120 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 applicable Not Not 8 Aug 21 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 0035-0150 applicable applicable 0935-0950 9 Aug 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 0935-0950 14 Aug 21 1040-1058 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 0900-1130 1030-1058 © Civil Aviation Authority Singapore.
