IT GELATO CRUNCH è l’ultima delle tante novità nate in Casa del Gelato. Consiste in un gelato 100% italiano e di altissima qualità, ottenuto grazie all’impiego di pregiati ingredienti attentamente selezionati dal nostro Dipartimento Ricerca & Sviluppo. Un prodotto che presenta un bassissimo contenuto di ossigeno, corrispondente circa al 20% e che fa sì che il prodotto finito presenti una struttura più solida e densa. Potremmo definirlo un gelato “American style”, ma 100% made in Italy, preparato con materie prime italiane a nel rispetto della più classica tradizione gelatiera italiana rinomata in tutto il mondo. Un design accattivante e che consiste in un semplice, ma elegante barattolo di plastica trasparente con coperchio avvitabile che esalta la bellezza del prodotto, oltre che la sua bontà. Una vera promessa per gli occhi ancor prima che per il palato. Combinazioni di gusti davvero innovative e che spaziano da quelli più classici della tradizione gelatiera italiana, fino ad esplorare sapori e sensazioni di culture lontane ed esotiche e riccamente farciti di gustose e preziose inclusioni come brownies al cioccolato, pezzi di biscotto, cioccolato, granella di pistacchio, noce pecan, solo per citarne alcune.

EN GELATO CRUNCH is the latest of the many products created at Casa del Gelato. It consists of a 100% Italian and high quality kind of gelato prepared by using the best quality of the ingredients available on the market and carefully selected by our Research and Development Department. A product that presents a very low content of oxygen, equal to the 20%, resulting thus in a thicker, heavier and more solid texture. We could call it an “American style” kind of gelato, but 100% made in Italy, with Italian raw materials and in compliance with the most classic and worldwide renowned Italian gelato-making tradition. A captivating design, consisting of a very simple but elegant transparent plastic pint with screwable lid that enhances the beauty and the excellence of the product. Innovative combinations of flavors, ranging from the most typical ones of the Italian gelato tradition up to exploring tastes and sensations belonging to more distant and exotic cultures and abundantly stuffed with rich and precious inclusions such as chocolate brownies, cookie pieces, chocolate, pistachio grains, pecan nut, just to name a few.
