Of those 16 teams, 15 teams made the NCAA tournament and all those teams won a game in the tournament (at least made the round of 32) and six made the Elite Eight. • SDSU had three players score at least 19 points (KJ Feagin - 23, Yanni Wetzell - 20 and Malachi Flynn - 19) for the first time since Dec. 12, 2006, first time in a conference game since Jan. 31, 1998 and eighth time since the 1996-97 season. Big Picture • San Diego State extends the nation’s longest winning streak to 17 games. • San Diego State remains one of two undefeated teams in the country. • SDSU’s 17-0 start is its second-best start in program history (20-0 in 2010-11). • San Diego State’s 17-game winning streak is the longest in the Brian Dutcher era and is the third longest in school history. • Brian Dutcher has now been on the sideline in three of the four longest winning streaks in program history (also 2010-11 and 2013-14). • The Aztecs improve to 13-7 all-time against Boise State, including a 7-2 all-time mark in games played in San Diego. • San Diego State improves to 6-0 in Mountain West play for just the third time. The previous two times resulted in outright conference championships. • The six-game conference win streak is tied for the eighth longest in school history. • San Diego State has won nine straight home games, tied for the 14th-longest streak in school history. • San Diego State is 18-1 in its last 19 home games dating back to last season.
