Doncaster College Traineeships Doncaster College have been delivering Traineeships now for a few years, with many students benefitting from personalised support to help them gain the industry experience they need to find an apprenticeship or employment. Traineeships are for people aged 16 to 24, who are motivated to get a job but lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for.

What is a Traineeship? Traineeships are an opportunity for people to gain real work experience, job skills and improve their English and maths if needed. A traineeship includes a high quality work experience placement, work preparation training and English and maths. Traineeships give people aged 16 to 24 years old the skills and experience that employers are looking for, helping them to boost their career prospects with an apprenticeship or other employment in the future.
