Hoadley Fund" was establi hed by a gift of 2,000 from George E. Hoadley, Esquire, of Hartford, Connecticut. The balance from the re iduary of the estate of .Lucy H. Boardman, deceased, amounting to $891.59, and a legacy of $I,104.70 from the estate of Laura S. Straight, deceased, were also received. The total receipts from subscriptions to the additional endowment of $500,000 amount to $409,66-1-.12. The undersigned have employed a competent accoLmtant to examine the books, accounts, and vouchers of the Treasurer of Trinity College. 'vVe find that the Treasurer has furnished satisfactory vouchers for all payments entered in the Cash Book for the period from July 1, 1911, to June 30, 1912, and that all income due from Bank Stocks, Miscellaneous Stocks, Notes, and Bonds has been properly credited. We have examined the Securities in the possession of the Treasurer, and find the ·same to correspond with the inventory of property as given in the Balance Sheet and in the Ledger, as shown on the list of assets presented to us.
