C:\Users\Avinash.Patil\Desktop\Desktop\RP NOTIFICATION\Latur_RP_ Notification.Docx 1 NOTIFICATION GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Mantralaya, Mumbai-400 032 Date : 02/01/2018 No. TPS-3716/CR-268/2016/UD-30:-Whereas the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act No.XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”) provides for the establishment of regions for planning & balanced development and to regulate use of land within the regions, and constitution of Regional Planning Boards therefor; And whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra constituted a Region to be called the Latur Region for the entire Revenue district of Latur (hereinafter referred to as the said Region) and the limits of which have been detailed under the Notification, Urban Development Department No.TPS-3006/385/CR-78/2007/ UD-30, dated 13th September, 2007 and this notification was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Aurangabad Division, Part-I, dated 08/11/2007; And whereas, by the Government Notification, Urban Development Department No. TPS-3710/1674/CR293/2010/UD-30, dated 15th Februwary, 2011 issued under sub-Section (1) of Section 4 of “the said Act”, further constituted a Regional Planning Board to be called as the Latur Regional Planning Board” (hereinafter referred to as “the said Board”) published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Aurangabad Division, Part-I, dated 29th September 2011 at Page No.1192,1193; And whereas, the said Board after carrying out necessary surveys for preparing an Existing Land Use Map of the said Region, prepared and published a draft Regional Plan of Latur (hereinafter referred to as “the said draft Regional Plan of Latur”) for inviting suggestions and/or objections from the public in accordance with the provisions of sub-Section (1) of Section 16 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 on dated 25/8/2016 and a notice to that effect was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette on date15-21/9/2016, page No.1566,1567; And whereas, the said Board, after considering the report of the Regional Planning Committee appointed by it under sub-Section (3) of Section 10 of the said Act, on the suggestions, objections and representations in respect of the said Regional Plan, modified the said Regional Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the said Act and submitted such modified Regional Plan together, with the report of Regional Planning Committee connected documents, plans, maps and charts for approval to the Government of Maharashtra under sub-Section (1) of Section 15 read with sub-Section (4) of Section 16 of the said Act vide its letter dated 22/09/2011; And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra after making necessary enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune proposes to approve the said Draft Regional Plan with certain modifications, specified in Schedule-A appended hereto; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1)of section 15 of the said Act and rule 7 of the Maharashtra Regional Planning Board Rules, 1967 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Rules”) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby; a) Accord sanction to the said Draft Regional Plan of Latur subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule-A appended hereto; C:\Users\Avinash.Patil\Desktop\Desktop\RP NOTIFICATION\Latur_RP_ Notification.Docx 2 b) The said Draft Regional Plan of Latur as sanctioned by the Government shall be called “Final Regional Plan of Latur Region (2011-2031). c) Extension of time limit for publication of Regional Plan- Sanctions the necessary extension of time limit in exercise of the powers conferred in accordance with Rule No.5 (3) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (Regional Planning Board) Rules 1967 and section 16(1) of the said Act for publication of Draft Regional Plan from 22/09/2012 to 30/03/2017. d) Extension of time limit for Regional Planning Board - Sanctions the necessary extension of time limit in exercise of the powers conferred in accordance with Rule No.2 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (Regional Planning Board) Rules 1967 for extension of Regional Planning Board from 22/09/2013 to 21/09/2017. This Notification shall also be published on the Government web-site at www.maharashtra.gov.in.(कायदे/नियम) By order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra, (Sanjay Saoji) Deputy Secretary to Government C:\Users\Avinash.Patil\Desktop\Desktop\RP NOTIFICATION\Latur_RP_ Notification.Docx 3 अशिसूचना महाराष्ट्र िासन नगर शवकास शवभाग मंत्रालय, मंबई - 400032 शदनांक : 02/01/2018 महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक क्रमांकú - धिपीएस-3716/प्र.क्र.268/2016/नधव-30:- 煍याअथी, प्रदेशातील जधमनींचा वापर आधण धवकास शनयोजन व यांचे धनयोजन व धनयमावलीसाठी प्रादेधशक धनयोजन मंडळ गठीत करणेबाबत महाराष्ट्र प्रादेधशक धनयोजन व नगर रचना अशिशनयम, नगर रचना अधिधनयम, 1966 (सन 1966 चा महाराष्ट्र अधिधनयम 37 वा) (यापुढे उक्त अधिधनयम असे 1966 उल्लेधिलेला) मध्ये तरतूदी नमूद आहेत; आधण 煍याअथी, उक्त अधिधनयमाचे कलम 3 楍या उपकलम (1) व (2) मिील शक्तींचा वापर क셂न महाराष्ट्र शासन, नगर धवकास धवभागाकडील अधिसूचना क्र.धिपीएस-3006/385/प्र.क्र.78/2007/ नधव-30, धद.13 सप्िेंबर, 2007 अन्वये लातूर धजल्हया楍या संपूणय महसूली क्षेत्रासाठी लातूर प्रदेशाची (यापुढे उक्त प्रदेश असा उल्लेधिलेला) स्थापना केली असून सदर अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन, राजपत्र औरंगाबाद धवभागीय पुरवणीमध्ये धद.8 नोव्हेंबर, 2007 रोजी प्रधसध्द झाली आहे; आधण 煍याअथी, उक्त अधिधनयमाचे कलम 4 उप कलम (1) मिील तरतूदीनुसार शासन नगर धवकास धवभागाकडील अधिसूचना क्र.िीपीएस-3710/1674/प्र.क्र.293/2010/नधव-30, धद.15/02/2011 अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाने लातूर प्रादेधशक धनयोजन मंडळ (यापुढे उक्त प्रादेधशक धनयोजन मंडळ असे उल्लेधिलेले) स्थापन केले असून सदर अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रामध्ये औरंगाबाद धवभागीय पुरवणीमध्ये, (धद.29 सप्िेंबर, 2011) प्रधसध्द करणेत आली आहे; आधण 煍याअथी, उक्त प्रादेधशक धनयोजन मंडळाने, उक्त प्रदेशाचे सव्हेक्षण क셁न, उक्त प्रदेशाचा धवद्यमान जमीन वापर नकाशा आधण प्रा셂प प्रादेधशक योजना (यापुढे “उक्त योजना” असे उल्लेधिलेली) तयार क셁न नागधरकांकडून सूचना / आक्षेप / हरकती मागधवणेसाठी उक्त अधिधनयमातील कलम 16 चे उप कलम (1) मिील तरतूदीनुसार उक्त योजना धद.25/08/2016 रोजी प्रधसध्द केली आधण तयाबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, औरंगाबाद धवभागीय पुरवणी, भाग-1 धद.15 ते 21 सप्िेंबर, 2016 मध्ये पृष्ट्ठ क्र.1566 व 1567 वर प्रधसध्द झाली आहे; आधण 煍याअथी, उक्त प्रादेधशक धनयोजन मंडळाने, उक्त अधिधनयमाचे कलम 10 उप कलम (3) अन्वये गठीत केलेल्या प्रादेधशक धनयोजन सधमतीचा उक्त योजने संबंिीचा अहवाल, सूचना आधण सादरीकरण धवचारात घेऊन उक्त अधिधनयमातील कलम 16 मिील तरतूदीनुसार उक्त प्रादेधशक योजनेमध्ये आवश्यक असे फेरबदल केलेली उक्त योजना प्रादेधशक धनयोजन सधमतीचा अहवाल व नकाशे, आरािडे, दस्तऐवज, तक्ते इ.

Patange Dept of Commerce (PG), Dept of Commerce (PG), Ra jarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya, Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya, Latur Nanded Abstract Out of 8 cattle market committees in Latur district; cattle market committees of Latur, Udgir and Ausa are in deficit continuously over a period of 11 years (i.e.1996-97 to 2006-07). The main thing of these three market committees is that their regulation and management is done by Agriculture Produce Market Committees. There is an increasing trend of surplus of each of five cattle market committees over a period of 11 years, but there is no regular increase year by year. The highest profit making cattle market committee is Handarguli Cattle Market Committee. It accounts surplus an average of Rs. 1,37,628/- per year over a period of 11 years The employed staff by the Agriculture Produce Market Committee is permanent in nature and salary is paid as per government pay scale. Hence staff salary is high and becoming a major part of total expenditure of these three cattle market committees. Therefore, these market committees are in deficit continuously over a period of 11 years. The regulation and management of remaining 5 cattle market committees is done by Gram Panchyat Offices which are in surplus continuously over a period of 11 years as shown in the following table.
