An organization that works in the field of youth initiatives development, realization of innovative projects and unites active citizens on a voluntary basis. The main Falcogroup's principles are Independence Nongovernment Nonprofit. We aspire to be the territory of Globalization, Internationalization, Democratization, and Intellectualization. Falcogroup helps to bridge the gap between knowledge and social diplomacy.

The camp program is aimed at the health improvements, development of intercultural communication, forming of tolerant communication skills, creation of friendship, and learning English. It was created for up-to-date children and teenagers, who is looking for communication, personal enrichment, and self-expression. The program is being implemented by communication of the children and teenagers with native speakers of different countries.  Teaching teenagers to tolerance, study foreign cultures and getting international cooperation skills with a view to increase interethnic communication; The study of cultural heritage of the world’s nations;  Disclosure of linguistic abilities, forming the communicational skills in the sphere of intercultural communication;  Getting of the intercultural communication and social integration in the process of working with the social projects;  Learning the basis of playing technologies in condition of situational model of behavior in the ethno-cultural environment;  Intercultural training, creating the children and teenagers cooperation with the volunteers from different countries;  Making learning process interesting for children and youth Promotion of healthy lifestyle in the prevention of the alcoholism, smoking and drug addiction, experience exchange of the making active the way of living. + Counselor + In the show programs (screenwriter) + Animator + In workshops (sports, artistic, educational) + Sports instructor +English teacher + The operator, photographer, video editor, art director of rollers +Journalist (blogger)

PROGRAM CONTENT

Training for development of confidence and communication skills, human rights. In our camp idea of competition is replaced by the idea of cooperation. Experienced teachers - psychologists help children to form skills of confident behavior in the situations of friendship and cooperation in order to overcome the language barrier and to disclose their inner wealth of potential!

Festivals of World Cultures. Could you visit the most colorful and unusual carnivals of the world, staying in one place? As if, the world would revolve around you. In our camp, it is possible! Brazilian festival «Avenida Brazil», Irish festival of Gaelic football and Hurling, Italian cuisine festival, festivals and dances of the peoples from all over the World, etc.) are going to visit our guys. Athletes and groups of artists from around the world will show their professional skills and will held master classes with children... In addition, we waiting for foreign musical groups to have bright and star concerts! Each evening event of our camp is an unforgettable interactive show where everyone participates!

Sports games. In the camp children can play, not only in everyone's favorite football, basketball, volleyball and tennis, but also to learn new sports, such as, for example, capoeira, Gaelic football, rugby and hurling. And for girls open section of samba and modern dance

Shooting of feature films. Each group under the management of film director comes up with a script of fun or serious short film, which will participate in the festival "Golden Mask" at the end of camp session. Not all the secrets of filming are revealed immediately and therefore the festival is not without surprises!

Theater performances. English theater it is emotion, it is an interactive English, it thrills and disclosure talents of each person! Theater perfomances are selected based on the age of children and the level of proximal level of English.

English lessons. The basis of English language programs is a communicative approach. Language course, on the one hand, is an educational: interactive lessons with the study of grammar and lexis, learning vocabulary with teachers from different countries. On the other hand it is exciting and fun adventure for kids to overcome the language barrier and improve speaking skills. After all, only through the bright positive emotions it is possible to instill the love of language and understand the importance of English in modern life

Dances of the world nations. Samba, African dance, through the dance guys not only learn about the culture of different nations, but also fall into a world of joy and fun and positive energy, drive and motion. Playing on ethnic drums. Drum is the oldest, most igniter and one of the most attractive musical instrument! After all, even our heart beats in the rhythm 24 hours a day! Learning how to play on the ethnic drums, guys will be able to subdue the fascinating rhythms of Brazilian, Arabic and Turkish tunes. Drumming reveals the creative potential of each person, children can feel the atmosphere of a particular ethnic music, and finally, to enrich and expand their cultural and ideological horizons!

Themed parties. Kid leaders in our camp are creative, educated and fun kid leaders from around the world. Who can better tell you about an Englishman Magna Carta 1215, which began a new history of England? Or Brazilian, who will show a slide show about their country and teach Brazilian dance. "Living room of the world" will allow children to touch the culture and art of the peoples of different countries.

Creative projects. Each child is unique and talented. Someone will be a great photographer, someone talented interpreter, someone will be awarded the "Oscar" as the best director, while others develop tools of biometric authentication Windows at Microsoft. Our camp is an open platform where creative projects are aimed for the development of a free person

ACCOMMODATION and MEALS

Accommodation and food: Volunteers will live in the rooms for 6 persons, with shower and toilets in each room, meal will be provided 3 times per day. Unfortunately we can`t provide vegetarian meal. There is a big kitchen and canteen and they cook for all people living there, so the menu is not flexible.

CAMP’S PLACE

The city Tuapse was founded in 1838. It is a city of military glory, trade, transport, industrial and educational center. It has a population of over 60 thousand. Tuapse – a city in Russia, located on the Eastern shore of the Black Sea, in the foothills of the Main Caucasian ridge between the mouths of the rivers Spider and Tuapsinsky. Founded in 1838. The administrative center of the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar region. Distance to Moscow 1672 km (by rail). Moscow time. The city is located in a dry subtropic climate zone, similar to that of the Mediterranean. The average monthly temperature in the coldest months are December and January respectively +8,1°C +10,4 C. mean monthly temperature of the warmest months are July and August respectively +27 +28 degrees. The village of Shepsi is 9 km South-East of the Tuapse railway station, on the Novorossiysk-Sukhumi highway. It’s beach is composed of small pebbles and sand, and the sea is shallow and convenient for bathing. The village has an Apery - the only place on the entire coast, where these animals are kept in almost natural conditions. In this area, there are more than 100 dolmens - ancient monuments. А place where there are numerous beautiful waterfalls, mountains and forests.

TRANSFER

We will meet leaders at the airport in the city of Krasnodar. Transfer will be organized from Krasnodar to the camp: 24th of June at 8 a.m. 14th of July at 8 a.m. If you arrive early, you will be accommodated in the hostel until transfer. Please write to us about your arrival time as soon as possible.
