On Wednesday, November 3, the Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority Gamma Pi Chapter of UMBC will be rocking from 7 a.m. - 3 a.m. in the University Center Plaza. They will be rocking in rocking chairs for their annual Rock-A-Thon fundraiser to benefit the National Kidney Foundation. Their goal this year is to raise $1,000. As a result of this weekend's event, the top UMBC team will consist of Jones, Weekaroon, Stancil and Singh.

The application deadlines for almost all the Political Science Department internships has passed, but there's still time to get in an application for a legal internship with a judge or attorney. Internships are open to all majors, but letters of recommendation must be turned in with applica- tions and the deadline is November 18, so act FAST!
