Verso: hand-written date and dedication in Bulgarian: "To Stefan and Polikseni from Mara and Atanas. 21.05. 1889." Comment: Mara Stambolova-Mutkurova was 's sister and Sava Mutkurov's wife. Stefan Stambolov (1854 - 1895) was a Bulgarian politician, Prime Minister of 1887 - 1894.
