This move prompted the London Assembly’s Culture, Sport and Tourism committee to look into the issue of redevelopment for London clubs. With Fulham and Brentford yet to secure new stadiums for their clubs and question marks remaining over Arsenal’s and Tottenham’s grounds the issue is a live one. We do not want to see more clubs leave London. During the 2002/03 season about 5 million fans watched professional football in London. In addition, hundreds of thousands of Londoners participate every year in club sponsored community projects and play football. This report seeks to ensure that this added value isn’t lost to Londoners. We did not set out to judge local situations but to tease out lessons learnt by London football clubs. Football is more than just a business: the ties that a club has with its area and the fans that live or come from there are great. We recommend that more clubs have supporters on their board and applaud the work of Supporters Direct in rejuvenating the links between clubs and their fan base.

Il successo della Juve Stabia è stata una vera e propria sorpresa perché la società, che veniva dalla promozione dalla seconda divisione, aveva cominciato la stagione 2010/2011 con altri obiettivi. “Doveva essere una stagione di assestamento - conferma Clemente Filippi, direttore generale del club -. La scelta di un allenatore esperto della categoria (Prima Divisione, ndr) come Piero Braglia non era stata casuale, ma era stata fatta per cercare di gettare le basi. Tutto è arrivato in maniera più veloce del previsto e anche per questo è stato più bello”.

Over het Auditteam voetbal en veiligheid Het Auditteam Voetbal en Veiligheid bestaat sinds 2003. De hoofddoelstelling van het Auditteam is om concreet advies en aanbevelingen te geven over de aanpak van voetbalvandalisme en voetbalgeweld. Het Auditteam richt zich op de lokale ‘voetbalvierhoek’, bestaande uit gemeente, politie, Openbaar Ministerie (OM) en de Betaald voetbalorganisatie (BVO). In de afgelopen jaren heeft het Auditteam in 0-metingen, samen met de betrokken partijen, de (tussen)balans opgemaakt. Hierbij bracht het Auditteam in kaart hoe de veiligheidsorganisatie en de fysieke infrastructuur rond het stadion zijn afge- stemd op het profiel van de supporters en op het risiconiveau van de wedstrijden. Elke 0-meting mondde uit in een rapportage met conclusies over het huidige veilig- heidsniveau en aandachtspunten of aanbevelingen ter verbetering hiervan.

    FAN 2015/’16 ONDERZOEK EREDIVISIE EST. 1892 INLEIDING Sinds het seizoen 2009/’10 organiseert KNVB Expertise in samenwerking met de Eredivisie CV het Fan Onderzoek. Geregistreerde seizoenkaart- en clubkaarthouders van alle clubs zijn in november en december 2015 in de gelegenheid gesteld om hun ervaringen en meningen over hun club te delen. De fans zijn bevraagd over uiteenlopende onderwerpen, zoals waar dering sfeer, catering, communicatie, veiligheid en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid. Dit seizoen hebben ruim 43.000 fans deelgenomen aan het Eredivisie Fan Onderzoek. Dit levert een waardevolle schat aan informatie op, waar clubs concreet mee aan de slag kunnen. Op die manier kunnen zij nog beter inspelen op de wensen en behoeften van hun fans.
