Task Details The task description is provided overleaf. You will be required to sign a Task Notification Log to say that you have received and read this task notification and are aware of the task weighting, requirements and submission date.

(Link accessible from ) • Computer or printer failure will not be accepted as an excuse for late or non-submission. • Trivial attempts will be counted as a non-attempt and may result in an official warning letter being issued.

Absentee Procedures If you are absent on the day this task is due, upon your return to school you must present a Doctor’s Certificate to your class teacher or the Head Teacher explaining your absence, otherwise a mark of zero may be awarded. You will be required to submit/present your task on the first day you return to school.

Task Details

Task Description

Use ANY video editing software of your choice to create a 3 – 5 minute mini-documentary on the life of a creator, developer or founder, the technologies they founded/developed and its impact on society.

You will have 1 lesson to research about your chosen person (using the scaffold provided at the end of this notification) and 4 additional lessons to finish your mini-documentary.

Movie/Documentary Specifications

Your documentary should include a: ▪ Biography of the life of the founder/developer/creator, including photos. ▪ Timeline of your chosen person’s contribution including models/versions. ▪ Summary of how your chosen person’s contribution impacted society (positive and negative impacts). ▪ Mosaic (using Andrea Mosaic) of your chosen person using a minimum of 20 different images. ▪ Morph (using Abrosoft FantaMorph) of two or more images on either the:  founder/developer/creator (e.g. young Bill Gates into older Bill Gates)
