Now, it is time to embrace purposeful leadership by highlighting women’s perspectives on global challenges like digital transformation, climate change, future of work and societal and political upheaval. It is time for us to leverage our collective power to build a brighter future. Thus, Embracing Power & Purpose is our overarching theme for 2020. This overarching theme will be the basis of our Meetings and Aimee Mullins Initiatives throughout the year. Our vision is threefold. First, any untapped potential of women must be unleashed globally. Humanity cannot continue fighting existing challenges with one arm tied behind its back, and women are stepping up as agents of change to drive inclusive outcomes. Second, we must ensure that wherever there is power, there is also purpose. Finally, by tapping into our collective power, we can act with common purpose to forge our future. With each Meeting comes our call to action and commitments to lead positive changes through diversity worldwide. We hope that you will join us to embrace power & purpose and engage for impact, not only for women but also for the whole of humanity.
