ORDER

MADE BY THE MINISTER AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE CHIEF JUSTICE UNDER SECTION 15 A OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION ACT

THE LEGAL PROFESSION (ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION) (NO. 14) ORDER, 2007

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Profession (Eligibility for Citation Admission) (No. 14) Order, 2007.

2. The person referred to in Part I of the Schedule, being a Eligibility for Commonwealth citizen admitted to practise law in England and Wales admission to practise for not less than ten years, is eligible to be admitted to practise law in Trinidad and Tobago subject to the terms and conditions specified in Part II of the Schedule.
