Four County routes serve Romeoville: Weber Road (County Route 88), Veterans Parkway (County Route 11), Romeo Road/135th Street (County Route 35), Renwick Road (County Route 36). Romeo Road/135th Street and Renwick Road link with IL Route 53, while Weber Road connects to I-55.
