We are not a training practice. Our aim is to provide the best possible medical care for our patients, but in return we ask that patients respect our staff and the services we provide. You can help us by keeping the appointments you make and by requesting any repeat prescriptions in the correct way. We will not tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour towards any of our staff.
