BOND C will enable New Mexico’s institutions of higher learning to remain competitive with those in neighboring states. Since other bonds are retiring, the net increase to you in property taxes if BOND C passes is zero. BOND C will allow Eastern New Mexico University $11 million to reno- vate and convert the Golden Library into the Golden Student Success Center, which will house a tutoring center, a writing center, a new veteran’s center and more, along with the library holdings. BOND C will provide $500,000 to Clovis Community College for infra- structure repairs and renovation. Tuesday, November 4th VOTE Absentee Voting – October 7th—November 1st Early Voting – October 18th—November 1st
