PUBLIC MEETING AND PUBLIC REVIEW

DRAFT RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR STONY BROOK RESERVATION AND ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES BOSTON AND DEDHAM, MASSACHUSETTS

The Department of Conservation and Recreation has prepared a draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) for Stony Brook Reservation: including Camp Meigs Playground; Colella Field and Playground; Dale Street Playground: Mother Brook Reservation; and the Dedham, Enneking, and Turtle Pond parkways. The following recreation facilities are also included: Bajko Rink, Connell Fields, Dooley Playground, Gelewitz Field, Kelly Fields, Lawler Playground, Olsen Pool, and the Thompson Memorial Park.

The draft RMP documents and assesses existing conditions and provides a framework for coordinated management of the reservation and the associated properties. An oberview of the RMP will be presented, and public comments invited, at a public meeting.
