● As a Big Sky Nanny babysitter, we want to make sure that you are recognized for the hard work and the extra attention you put into the babysitting jobs you accept. Our members agree to pay our sitters a minimum hourly rate based on the number of children needing care starting at $13.00 per hour for one child and increasing by $2.00 for each additional child.
● When a family requests a sitter through our program, you will be sent an email and text with details about the job including the number and ages of the kids as well as any details about the position you should know. After reviewing the requests, you can easily accept the positions that you are available for and decline any that aren’t a good fit.
● Our members will pay you directly at the end of each shift - either by cash, check, or Venmo. You keep the full amount the family pays - Big Sky Nanny doesn’t take a cut of the money you earned!
● Your safety is important to us! We will screen the families we work with to the best of our ability to ensure your safety. We will also provide an easy to use rating system on our website for our sitters to review the families they work for and report anything we should know for future placements.
● Being a part of our Big Sky Nanny babysitting team will offer you the opportunity to work as much or as little as you want.
● We want to encourage our sitters to go the extra mile and will happily award bonuses and incentives for earning positive ratings from our members, accepting positions regularly, and referring other babysitters and families to our program!

How to Apply to be a Big Sky Nanny Babysitter
1. Application - Download and complete our Babysitting Application. We will review your application and contact you to arrange a time to meet for an interview if you meet or exceed the qualifications we are seeking
2. Interview - We love to get to know our babysitters and look forward to meeting you in person to learn more about you!
3. First Aid & CPR certification - All of our nannies and babysitters at Big Sky Nanny must be currently certified in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid. Due to the impacts of Covid-19, we are accepting online certificates from courses completed at www.simplecpr.com
4. Background Check & DMV Report - We will run a thorough background check and DMV report on all applicants interested in joining our Big Sky Nanny Babysitting team.
5. Profile - Once you have been approved to be a part of our babysitting team, you will be able to set up your babysitting profile on our website and start accepting babysitting positions as they become available!
