I have found that the PAD itself is just one massive family, we have our ups and downs, but in the end we have each other's backs. I could not imagine being anywhere else for the last eight years. I will never forget the memories and the people that have made my time at Gilford High School special. And, although I will miss high school, I am ex- cited to continue my education in Manchester, NH. I also cannot wait to come back as an alumnus to see the shows from an outsider's perspective instead of an actor's. The PAD and the people within it will always hold a special place in my memories.

Katiana Gamache - Ms. Sheinkopf/Security Guard/Policeman - I cannot believe it is already sen- ior year. These past 3 years (yes 3, I haven’t completed 4 years of high school yet) have really shaped who I am. I remember coming into my first show here, The Secret Garden, and immediately making connections with everyone and feeling like I finally belonged some- where. Theater has made me able to just open up and feel free to be myself. I have made amazing friends here and have had so many great times. Every show was a different experience, from the music to the lines to the people in them. Along with Secret Garden, I’ve been a part of Oliver!, A Few Good Men, Les Misera- bles, The Seussification of a Midsummer Night’s Dream, and now School of Rock. My favorite one hands down was playing Lysander in Midsummer. The oddity of the whole play really fit my personality. Plus I got to play a guy, so you know, that was an ex- perience! Without this theater program, I would be an entirely different person and have a whole different set of friends. I am so thankful for the opportunities I’ve had here and the people I have befriended. I have memories to last a lifetime and for this I say thank you to everyone. I am going to miss this next year, but I cannot wait to come back and visit!

Joseph Voivod - Ned Schneebly - I have no idea how the years flew by like this. I still remember my first high school production like the back of my hand. But now, after four years, I’m finally nearing the end of my high school career and I’m still shocked by how soon it has come about. Although I’m sad that I’m leaving so soon, I’m both proud and amazed by what I, along with countless others, have achieved with and for the Performing Arts Department. I’ve had some of the best times of my life in the PAD and I would glad- ly go back and do it all over again if I was given the chance. Thank you to everyone involved either now or in the past. I credit you as to why the department has such a special place in my heart. I’m excited for this show and for what the future holds, so thank you and I hope you have a great night. You’re the best!
