Company Introduction Castle Chartered Civil Engineers & Chartered Civil Quantity Surveyors was founded in February 2017. The consultancy is based in Bridgend South Wales and is becoming a recognised service provider to an ever growing client list within South Wales. The ultimate aim of the consultancy is to become the leading civil engineering contractors’ consultancy within the UK through its consistent high quality work, repeat business and client recommendation. The consultancy was established to provide whole project life cycle service capability with key multi profession oversight. The services of the consultancy is open to both contractor and client side organisations alike without prejudice. The consultancy holds its expertise within infrastructure, earthworks, groundworks, rail, private commercial and housing developments. 2. Our Services The consultancy provides professional services to the civil engineering built environment. These services are provided by time served chartered civil engineers and chartered civil quantity surveyors who understand all the intricacies of a civils project. The consultancy understands what it takes to prepare for, manage and deliver in the real world. The consultancy prides itself on being capable of working on any civils project large or small, simple or complex. Our services are undertaken with the utmost accuracy and highest levels of presentation. 4 GUIDE TO SERVICES - 2018 3.1 Infrastructure Projects Infrastructure Case Study Scheme Title: A4119 Llantrisant Junction Package Details: 550m of S278 works, S104 and 100m of S38 works. Horizontal and vertical re- alignment, inclusive of site clearance, statutory undertakers’ apparatus diversions through to street lighting, signing and lining. Main Client: Persimmon Homes Services Provided: Full scheme take off and production of a bill of quantities to MCDHW Vol 4 Estimating project cost from first principles rate build ups Preparation of the tender construction programme We have also worked on many other infrastructure projects where we have provided a similar range of services, a selection of these are shown in the table below. Areas of limited or negligible clearance and limited working times. Operational Rail subject to ROTR.
