The resort development has twelve subdivided stands (Resort Zone-II) for holiday homes for sale under full title. Each stand is 250 m2 in size. New holiday homes can be up to 120 m2 in size. These twelve stands are widely distributed across the property. (The limits on the size of the stands and the holiday homes are according to the Western Cape Resort Development Guidelines.)

Three of these stands have historic homes on them intended for restoration. The remaining nine stands will have new holiday homes.

Central resort facilities to be built will include a swimming pool, office, reception and a meeting venue.

The historic school building has been restored to serve as a museum. It will focus on the cultural-historic aspects of the property (Elandskloof) and the Witteberg area in general.

The 15 investors will also be the joint owners of the central resort facilities, the staff accommodation, the museum and the water supply system.

All homeowners will be members of the Homeowners Association, which will manage the nature reserve on their behalf.
