This Ontario cheese is handcrafted from the milk of a single herd of Guernsey cows pastured on the Comfort Farm in Niagara. Guernsey cows are renowned for producing milk that is rich and excellent for cheese making. Rose Haus Fifth Town Artisan Cheese • Picton, Ontario A new cheese from Fifth Town using 100% cow’s milk sourced from Presented by the Quinte Crest farm located 5 minutes from the dairy. Washed in Dairy Farmers of Canada The Grange barrel-fermented Chardonnay, Rose Haus has a rich, creamy texture and a golden-bronze rind.
