The thought came about in a bar and was written down on a napkin. The idea on that napkin was simple; infuse the Rat Pack and tap dance. The idea then leapt off the napkin, driven by passion and hard work and started to morph into a show that was high energy, full of heart and fostered its unique, Australian take on a classic era of song and dance. Nigel Turner-Carroll jumped into the Pack as Director and Co-Creator and was steering the Pack towards its ultimate goal - tip a hat to the legends before us, celebrate our own individuality and be as entertaining as possible! With Kym Halpin on board as Producer, The Tap Pack was ready to venture internationally and with the team complete with a stellar cast, the show has been seen in London, Berlin, Beijing, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, on the high seas and all over Australia.
