Thiswasmade possibleby cooperating with local communitiesaswell asdifferent facultieswithin the university.The successofthe project clearly demonstrated, both in and outside Japan, the potential of Juntendo University in offering a“campsite with an international perspective and readiness.”Efforts in globalizing Juntendo sports are being carried out by integrating expertise in Juntendo Universityʼs sports science, medicine, nursing, and international liberal arts. The city, upon being inquired on the policy conference, has now agreed on this report for the “Basic Design for Shiroi City Hall Development”. The future schedule is to develop an implementation design in the fiscal year 2015, a new hall building construction in 2016, and an existing building reduction work of the floor space and improvement work in 2017.
