Downton Abbey Returns To DOWNTON ABBEY JANUARY 2015 RETURNS TO PBS Downton Abbey fans, rejoice! To lead General Manager up to the premiere, communities from the headwaters (Hillsdale County, MI) to Lake Michigan Greg Giczi are going to be recognizing the importance of the St. Joseph River to our region. There will be Treasurer festivals, art exhibits, museum exhibits, special events at libraries and other creative expressions of William J. Schmuhl, Jr. our love of the St. Joe.
