1981-1982 - Diploma Project (works in field and office): "Study of chestnut forest massif of the Tropoja district and determination of the treatment to increase productivity", funded, led and approved by the ex- Forest Engineering Faculty (now, Faculty of Forest Sciences), Tirana. - A head of research project (works in field and office): “Establishment of applied and scientific experimental plots in chestnut, walnut, hazel grove, in the Pogradec and Tropoja districts”, committed in the former Agricultural Enterprise (National State Company) of Tropoja and Forest Enterprise (National State Company) of Pogradec, funded, led and approved by the ex-Ministry of Agriculture (now, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection), Tirana.

1984-1985 - A national project leader, commanded by ex-MoA (ex-Ministry of Agriculture) for management of the national inventory project (work in field and office), as: "Inventory of forests of the "Kolgecaj" forest economy”; “Inventory of forests of the “Curraj Epër 1 & 2" forest economies”; "Inventory of forests of the “Çerem 1 & 2" forest economies” and “Inventory of forests of the “Stoberdë" forest economy”, in Tropoja district, led by ex - Forest Station and Plant Ether, Tirana, funded and approved by ex- Ministry of Agriculture (now, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection ), Tirana.

1985 - A national project leader, commanded by MoA (ex-Ministry of Agriculture) for applicable scientific research project (work in field and office): "Manual for the treatment of sustainable management of agro-forestry chestnut in Albania", funded and approved by ex-Ministry of Agriculture (now, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection), Tirana.

1986-1987 - A national project coordinator, commanded by MoA (ex-Ministry of Agriculture) for performance of the national study of Tropojan chestnuts, in forest economy (work in field and office): "Health status and opportunities of forest sustainable management of chestnut massif for fruit, in Tropoja district", funded by ex-Ministry of Agriculture and approved by Colegum of the Ministry of Agriculture (15/09/1987) (now, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection), Tirana. - A national project co-coordinator, commanded by MoA (ex-Ministry of Agriculture) for performance of the national studies of fundamental research project s (work in field and office), as: "Study of the chestnut, walnut and hazelnut fruits" and "Study on disease and pests in fruit trees of walnut, chestnut, hazel, and control key of them", funded and approved by ex-Institute of Arboriculture, Tirana and "Control of major of diseases and pests in forests", funded and approved by the ex-Station of Forest and Plant Ether, Tirana. The above mentioned projects have been presented by me during my studies for qualifications at the Department of Vegetable Pathology and Biology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bari, Bari, Italy and at the Department of Vegetable Pathology and Biology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Milan, Milan, Italy.

1987-1992 - A coordinator of the management for the implementation of the regional and local projects (work in field and office), as: "Treatment and management of the chestnut woodlands as a orchard in Tropoja chestnut massif"; "Control of chestnut cancer diseases and the parasitic plant by physical- mechanical, chemical and biological methods in Tropoja chestnut massif"; "Reconstruction of the existing roads in Tropoja chestnut massif "; “Constriction over 45 km of new roads in Tropoja chestnut massif " and "The wise use of wood waste after the treatments by physical-mechanical, chemical and biological methods for charcoal production etc.", funded and approved by the ex- Ministry of Agriculture (now, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection), Tirana. - A director for the implementation of the management of regional and local projects (work in field and office), as: “The collection, selection and marketing of “Tropojan” plum, apple, cherry, pear, hazelnut, walnut fruits, in Tropoja district (inside and outside the country, like Hungary, Germany etc.); ”The marketing of livestock breeding of fine cattle and their derivatives, in Tropoja district” and “The collection, selection and marketing of Tropojan chestnut fruits (inside and outside the country, like Hungary and Germany)”, performed and traded by ex-Agricultural Enterprise, Tropoja district, in cooperation by ex- Eximagro (State Enterprise), Tirana, funded by ex-Ministry of Agriculture (now, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection), Tirana.

1993-1994 - A chief and coordinator for the implementation of the local market economy project (works in field and office), as: "Withdrawal from a centralized economy and introduction of new concepts in the local market economy in Tropoja district", funded by ex-District Council, Tropoja district; - A chief and coordinator for the implementation of the social project (works in field and office), as: "Possibilities of treatment of living conditions and food for workers of geology, mining, forestry, forest exploitation etc. in heavy industry sectors, as in Valbona, Kërrnajë, T'Pla, Fierza sectors etc., Tropoja district", performed by the ex-Workers Supply Enterprise (State Company), Fierza and backed by ex-District Council, Tropoja district. - A co-coordinator for the implementation of the project (works in field and office), as: "Rational exploitation of forests at “Lugu i Ndërmajës”, “Valbona” and “Berisha" forest circles (economies), in Tropoja district” and “Production of sawn raw materials from raw material, such as beech, oak, pine etc. in the Bajram Curri plant”, financed and led by leadership of ex-Forest Exploitation Enterprise (State Company) and backed by ex-District Council, Tropoja district. - At the same time an author has helped with contribution in the national project: “National Plan Waste Management”, Tirana supported by Phare.
