ABBOTT, PERCY W. Alderman, 1920-1921 Born on April 29, 1882 in Lucan, Ontario where he was educated. Left Lucan at 17 and relocated to Stony Plain, Alberta where he taught school from 1901 to 1902. He then joined the law firm of Taylor and Boyle and in 1909 was admitted to the bar. He was on the Board of Trade and was a member of the Library Board for two years.
