Society’s College of Business Administration-BBA, Hubballi NEWS AND EVENTS REPORT 2019-20 The KLE Society’s College of Business Administration-BBA was started in the year 1996. The course in affiliated to Karnatak University Dharwad and recognized by Government of Karnataka. In last 23 years 21 batches have successfully passed out and majority of the students are well placed in various industries and many have started their own enterprises. In last 2 decades college has been successful in transforming students professionally and helping them finding their niche in their desired area of interest. ACADEMIC, SPORTS, CO-CURRICULAR AND EXTRA CURRICULAR ACHIEVEMENTS 4 students secured ranks to Karnatak University, Dharwad in the BBA Examination held in April/ May 2018. Mr. Nischay Asnotkar secured 3rd Rank, Ms. Nirnaya Pai secured 6th Rank, Ms. Neha Shareef secured 8th Rank and Mr. Arbaz Samsi secured 9th rank. Ms. Manali Sanghavi won the Wr. D.C. Pawate Diamond Jubilee Celebration Fund Scholarship from university for securing highest marks in BBA II Year Annual Examination held in April May 2017-18. Mr. Chinmay Shah won Gold medal and Ms. Ekta Oswal won Bronze medal in University Level inter-collegiate swimming competition organized by Karnatak University, Dharwad at Hubballi. Mr. Chinmay Shah has been selected as University Blue for the year 2019-20. General Championship was won by students at National Level Management Fest “Xplorateur- 2019” which was organized by St. Xavier’s College, Goa on 30th September and 1st October 2019. Mr. Vinay Kumar won 1st prize in Best Manager, Mr. Akshay Pattanshetti won 1st prize in Marketing, Mr. Aditya Huddar won 1st prize in Entrepreneurship Development and Mr. Gaurav Salecha Won 2nd prize in Finance. Mr. Akshay Pattanshetti won 1st prize in Marketing, Mr. Vinay Kumar won 2nd prize in Best Manager, Mr. Nayab Shaik won 2nd prize in Entrepreneurship Development and Mr. Gaurav Salecha won 2nd prize in Finance at a National Level Management Fest “Impressions-2019”, which was organized by Rosary College, Goa. Mr. Akshay Pattanshetti, Mr. Vinit Kanunga, Ms. Harshitha Revankar, Mr. Shubham S. won 1st prize in Marketing. Mr. Aditya Huddar, Mr. Aditya Munot, Mr. Vinayak P., Mr. Himanshu Yadav won 2nd prize in Marketing, Mr. Aditya Huddar, Mr. Adarsh K., Mr. Aditya Munot and Ms. Vaishnavi M. won 2nd prize in HR. Society’s Bachelor of Computer Application, P.C. Jabin Science College, Hubballi. Mr. Vishwanath Haveri won 1st prize in film song singing competition and won cash prize of Rs. 1,000/- at Inter-College film song and folk song singing competition that was organized by S.J.M.V. Arts and Commerce College, Rayapur, Dharwad. Ms. Harshitha Rewankar, Ms. Saba Kittur won 1st prize in Debate, Mr. Vishwanath Haveri won 1st prize in Light Vocal (Solo), Ms. Neha Ibrampur won 2nd prize in Classical Dance at Karnatak University’s First, Zonal Inter Collegiate Youth Festival 2019-20 that was organized by Nehru Arts, Science and Commerce College, Ghantikeri, Hubballi. Ms. Nupur Tanwar won 2nd prize in Best out of waste, Mr. Rishabh Telisara and Mr. Ronak Jain won 2nd prize in Quiz at “Udbhav” fest organized by Fatima Degree College, Hubballi. EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES ORGANIZED ADNOVATION conducted on 2nd February 2019: ‘Adnovation’, a unique Inter-KLE-BBA Collegiate Advertisement based competition was organized on 2nd February 2019. KLE-BBA students from various cities of North Karnataka participated and showcased their talent, skills and creativity in the advertisement based rounds conducted in the competition. Rounds were based on advertisements in newspaper, radio and television. Team from KLES’s B.K. Chikkodi College, Chikkodi won General Championship and KLES’s CBALC won the Runner-up General Championship. Kings and Queens Day conducted on 5th February 2019: Kings and Queens Competition was conducted on 5th February 2019 wherein participating students were asked to dress-up like a King or Queen and were asked to represent their skill and creativity through mime, act, drama or play. Mr. Shreshtagouda K. and Ms. Afiya Azad won 1st Prize in duet category. Ms. Pooja Rayabagi and Mr. Kartik Gamangatti won 2nd prize in duet category. Mr. Vinit Kanunga was selected as ‘King of CBA’ and Ms. Harshita Revankar was selected as ‘Queen of CBA’. Mr. Raghavendra M., Mr. Md. Shadaab Ali and Mr. Chirag Dhumavat secured 1st prize in group performance and Mr. Vaishak Nazare, Mr. Hruthik S. and Mr. Sanjay B. secured 2nd prize in group performance. Girls’ Day Out conducted on 9th February 2019: One day out-bound activity was organized for 50 girl students. The idea was to give girls a chance to experience an adventure to foster tolerance towards uncertainty and builds confidence in them. This trip was organized to Wildernest Resort, Dandeli were the girls had water sport activities, group activities, and few more group activities. CBA Snapshot-The Collage Making Competition conducted on 12th February 2019: An inter class theme based collage making competition was organized on 12th February, 2019. Participants were given various topics on which they were asked to prepare a collage or poster on any one topic.

The most common symptoms are weakness in the limbs, numbness, sudden loss of balance, blurred vision that may lead to paralysis. The disease mostly strikes youth at a time when are starting new careers, relationships or making plans for the future.
