Radio-Köpfe Max Schautzer – Moderator Und Conférencier
Radio-Köpfe Schautzer war nun schon einmal in Deutschland und hatte in jenen Jahren schon an seinem Hochdeutsch gefeilt. Er unterzog sich beim Westdeutschen Rundfunk (WDR) in Köln einem Sprechertest sowie einem Test seines Allgemeinwissens und stieß – nachdem er bestanden hatte und ein Jahr Sprecherübungen mit seinem Coach, Prof. Pietsch, machte – Ende 1964 zum Sprecher- ensemble des WDR. Er wurde schon bald als Conférencier bei öffentlichen Veranstaltun- gen im Sendegebiet eingesetzt, z.B. in der Mercatorhalle in Duisburg. Begleitet wurde er dabei von Künstlern sowie der WDR-Big- band und des Orchesters Kurt Edelhagen. Schautzer wurde vielseitig eingesetzt: Er war Sprecher und Reporter bei „Allein ge- gen alle“. Diese Sendung war eine Co-Pro- duktion von RIAS und NDR mit der jeweili- gen ARD-Anstalt im betreffenden Bundes- land, in Nordrhein-Westfalen mithin mit dem WDR. DIE PRÄSIDENTIN Liebe Lyrikfreunde! Das Jahr ist ja nun ganz anders verlaufen, als wir es erwartet haben, alles musste wegen der Corona-Pandemie verändert werden. Die Verschiebung des Sterntreffens auf 2021, die Absage aller Lesungen in den einzelnen Repräsentanzen. Das Sterntreffen in Bad Mitterndorf sollte ja heuer etwas besonders sein, die Feier des 40-jährigen Jubiläums, für das Gudrun Achenbach-Planitzer ja schon alle Vorbereitungen getroffen hatte, für die ich mich erst einmal ganz herzlich bedanken möchte. Die Preisträger werden ihre Urkunden und Medaillen mit der Post bekommen, anstelle der Laudatio beim Sterntreffen stelle ich sie anschließend näher vor. Für mich bedeutet die Verschiebung des Sterntreffens auch eine Änderung. Ich wollte als Präsidentin zurücktreten, da es ja auch ein persönliches Jubiläum gewesen wäre, meine 25- jährige Tätigkeit. Und ich wollte mich doch auch persönlich verabschieden und für die Zusammenarbeit bedanken. Nach langen Überlegungen habe ich mich doch entschlossen, noch bis nächstes Jahr als “Übergangsjahr“ zu bleiben. 2021 findet ja auch die Neuwahl des Vorstandes statt, so geht alles dann in einem. Nun zu den Preisträgern: Die Leserpreisgewinnerin Ilse Pauls stelle ich anschließend in einem eigenen Bericht vor. Den 2. Platz erhält Werner Somplatzki für sein Gedicht “Sommerlicht“. Werner Somplatzki war bereits Leserpreisgewinner 2012 mit dem Gedicht „Freunde“. Aber er hat schon zwei weitere zweite Preise gewonnen: 2006 (Ein 1 Jahr), 2oo9 (Mein Leben). -
