28 Construction Update and Milestones
Notice to Proceed (NTP) – Site was September 17, 2019. Site clearing, import of fill was completed in December. Tilt wall panels were completed in May. Structural Steel Erection completed in July. Roofing work is 95% complete. Installation of deep storm drainage is ongoing. Fireproofing of structural steel is ongoing. Interior framing and finishes are ongoing. Project remains on schedule for Substantial Completion in Summer 2021.
