28 Construction Update and Milestones

 Notice to Proceed (NTP) – Site was September 17, 2019.  Site clearing, import of fill was completed in December.  Tilt wall panels were completed in May.  Structural Steel Erection completed in July.  Roofing work is 95% complete.  Installation of deep storm drainage is ongoing.  Fireproofing of structural steel is ongoing.  Interior framing and finishes are ongoing.  Project remains on schedule for Substantial Completion in Summer 2021.
