The Heads of College Services and Head of Portfolio Services are senior leadership positions at the University and will report to the Vice-President (Corporate Services) and be accountable to their College Vice-President and Executive Dean. The Corporate Services portfolio is responsible for the University’s people and culture, buildings and property, information technology services, finance, and planning services. As Flinders moves to a new six College structure, we are seeking four high calibre individuals for these pivotal roles as the business managers of our new Colleges and Portfolio Services, ensuring we deliver innovative services for students, academic and professional staff. Successful candidates will be highly skilled senior managers capable of providing leadership over newly created teams in a matrix environment, driving significant change and service improvements, and providing strategic and operational direction for the delivery of professional support services across the University.
