On video 7 at around 47 seconds in Ed says that unless you are 10 feet away from Papoose S4 site you will not see anything but rock. The reason is Holographic Technologies, he states that S4 is the Depot for the TR3B and even Russian satellites using the latest infrared cant see anything. "One major thing here this was filmed in 1998 that is 12 yrs ago already he knew of the holographic technology that John speaks of today. Now Ed speaks of the irritating goggles that he had to wear at Area 51. I heard of him saying about those before. Bob was working at area S-4 and everything you see is mostly a hologram he wouldn't need the goggles. Fouche worked at Area 51. Bob only landed at Area51 and got on a bus with blacked out windows and went 12 miles south to Papoose S-4. I never knew the name of the 'Area' of the Nellis Range where the Defense Advanced Research Center (DARC) was. Before I gave my first presentation to the IUFOC, MUFON, and BBC (same week) EVERYONE of these so-called experts told me when I was speaking of working at DARC that it had to be at Area S-4 where some guy named Lazar worked. I fell for that and have regretted this mistake ever since. S-4 is a radar site in the Nellis Range and NOT at Papoose and there are NO facilities at Papoose where Lazar claimed S-4 is. This has been verified a number of times. I've made a few mistakes in the area of UFOlogy, but this was by far my biggest mistake. Back when I was at a TS briefing at Mac Air in St Louis, in the late 70s I saw a demonstration of a jet drone that we all though was real in a hanger sized room and it turned out to be a Hologram. However, the government sponsored megaprojects have been floundering. The two multi-billion- dollar flagship programs, the International Tokamak Experimental Reactor (ITER) and the National Ignition Facility (NIF), have both experienced years of delays and a several-fold increase in costs. The ITER tokamak design is so large and complex that, even if this approach succeeds, there is doubt that it would be economical. After years of testing at full power, the NIF facility is still far short of achieving its goal of fusion ignition. But hope is not lost. Several private companies have come up with smaller and simpler approaches that show promise. This talk highlights the progress made by one such private company, namely LPPFusion (formerly called Lawrenceville Plasma Physics). LPPFusion is developing focus fusion technology based on the dense plasma focus device and hydrogen-boron 11 fuel. This approach, if it works, would produce a fusion power generator small enough to fit in a truck. This device would produce no radioactivity, there would be no possibility of a meltdown or other safety issues, and it would be more economical than any other source of electricity.

An imploding cylindrical metal liner compresses a preheated and magnetized plasma configuration until thermonuclear conditions are achieved. In this report the Magnetized Target Fusion concept is evaluated and a zero-dimensional computer model of the plasma, liner and circuit as a connected system is designed. The results of running this code are that thermonuclear conditions are achieved indeed, but only during a very short time. At peak compression the pressure from the compressed plasma and mag- netic field is so large reversing the liner implosion into an explosion. The time period of liner motion reversal is termed the dwell time and is crucial to the performance of the fusion system.

Using such a reactor, aircraft could undertake flights of very long distance and for extended periods and that, of course, decreases a significant cost of aerial transportation, allowing the saving of ever-more expensive imported oil-based fuels. (As of mid-2006, the USA’s DoD has a program to make aircraft fuel from domestic natural gas sources.) The temperature and pressure required for any particular fuel to fuse is known as the Lawson criterion L. Lawson criterion relates to plasma production temperature, plasma density and time. The thermonuclear reaction is realised when L > 1014. There are two main methods of nuclear fusion: inertial confinement fusion (ICF) and magnetic confinement fusion (MCF). Existing thermonuclear reactors are very complex, expensive, large, and heavy. They cannot achieve the Lawson criterion. The author offers several innovations that he first suggested publicly early in 1983 for the AB multi- reflex engine, space propulsion, getting energy from plasma, etc. (see: A. That is new micro-thermonuclear reactor with very small fuel pellet that uses plasma confinement generated by multi-reflection of laser beam or its own magnetic field.

Fusion of deuterium is achieved by acceleration for deuterium nuclei in a high voltage low pressure electrical discharge. Rate of fusion reaction is studied for discharge voltage of up to 32 kV and discharge power of 80 W by detection of the generated neutrons. Detection rates of up to 1.9 s1 are achieved using a moderated 6LiI(Eu) scintillation detector. Maximum total neutron flux generated by the device is estimated to 23200 neutrons per second, corresponding to 2.7´108 W of power released by the fusion reactions. Experiments at reduced discharge voltage of 20 kV are included in laboratory excercises on plasma physics held at the Comenius University. 1. Introduction Controlled nuclear fusion has been a field of intense research for more than last 50 years. The motivation for this research is to create a clean and inexhaustible source of energy powered by fusion of heavy hydrogen isotopes, deuterium and tritium. Although deute- rium is relatively abundant element on Earth, representing 0.0156 % of all hydrogen at- oms, no current technology can exploit its potential [1]. In order to create conditions for nuclear fusion, the nuclei must overcome the electric repulsion and approach each other close enough to come within the range of the nuclear force.
