RAM KRISHAN DHARMARTH FOUNDATION UNIVERSITY (Gandhinagar Campus, Bhopal) RAM KRISHAN DHARMARTH FOUNDATION UNIVERSITY (Gandhinagar campus, Bhopal) ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR SESSION 2020-21 The information about the courses offered under various Constituent Institutttions and the Teaching Departments of the University alongwith the details like admission rules, seat intake, minimum eligibility criteria for admission, basis of seat allotment is listed course-wise in the attached Table (Annexure-1). These details are also displayed on the University Website www.rkdf.ac.in Process of counseling and admissions starts from 1st April 2020 and continues till last date of admissions. It will be held on every working day of University on the basis of merit marks obtained in the entrance examination (if require) or on the basis of the marks obtained in qualifying examination as mentioned in the Annexure -1 ****After approval in case of lockdown following admission procedure will be considered: All admission procedure will be conducted through online link www.rkdf.ac.in/admissionform.php After lockdown students must submit all original documents for verification to counseling department. Original TC/Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate will be submitted in the allotted constituent institutions or teaching departments. Seats allotment in courses will be done as mentioned in Annexure-1 i.e. first on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination (if required) and thereafter for all the remaining seats on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Seats allotment for reserved category will de done as per the ordinance of RKDF University which comprises of respective Regulatory Bodies/ Govt. of Madhya Pradesh directives. Applicant shall ensure the requirement of minimum educational qualification eligibility and age (if required) (As per Annexure -1) at the time of application submission. The admission of applicant will be confirmed only on the fulfillment of minimum educational eligibility criteria and submission of semester/yearly fees. At the time of admission confirmation, applicant shall submit original documents of Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, five Passport Photos, online or offline Anti-Ragging affidavit, first semester/year tuition fees, Hostel or Transport Fees (if applicable) and other Fee of University at the Counseling Office of the University. Please note that the verification of all documents will also be carried out in the allotted constituent Institutions or teaching department of university and applicant shall submit two sets of self attested zerox copies of all the documents. Applicant shall ensure to fill correct permanent address, telephone nos, mobile nos, Email Id, Aadhar number and blood group at the time of admission in the Application Form and Online ERP Section. University administration can change the admission guidelines time to time which shall be displayed and should be got confirmed from the University Website www.rkdf.ac.in Applicant and parents shall ensure to visit the university website regularly. In case of cancellation of admission, candidate needs to apply for cancelation of admission to counseling office of the university before 06 days from the last date of admission. And only tuition fees will be refunded after 10% deduction but other fees is non-refundable. Caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable) 7. Income certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable) 8. Percentage/marks conversion authorized documents of respective Board/University (Applicable only in case Grade based mark sheet) 9. Permanent address proof 10. Aadhar Card Other then 11. Five colour passport size photographs 12. Documents required in original form: a. Original Anti-Ragging Affidavits of Student and Parent b. Original TC/College or School Leaving Certificate. c. Original Character Certificate d. Original Migration Certificate List of original documents required for verification 1. Aadhar Card On recommendation of respective Councils/ Govt. of Madhya Pradesh/ Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission, there can be change in University Admission Guidelines 2020-21 for Seat intake capacity, courses, Admission dates and procedure and minimum eligibility criteria. The changes shall be updated regularly and could be seen on University website i.e. www.rkdf.ac.in from time to time. In case of any dispute, the final decision will be of the Vice Chancellor of RKDF University Bhopal. For the approval u/s 12 "(1) In pursuance of the provisions of sub section (1) of section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948), the Pharmacy Council of India declares the course in Pharmacy (as applicable) conducted by institutions mentioned below to be an approved course of study for the purpose of admission to an approved examination in Pharmacy (as applicable) in respect of number of students and academic session as specified here under: (2) In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948), the Pharmacy Council of India declares the Examination in Pharmacy (as applicable) held by the Examining Authorities mentioned against their name, during the session mentioned to be an approved examination for the purpose of qualifying for registration as a Pharmacist under the said Act.” B.
