Theo was studying away from home paintings called ‘Summer Garden, South Harting’ and wrote to his mom. − What 3 things does Theo want his mom to send? The artist, Bob and Roberta Smith has been working with the archive curator at the gallery from 2009 to 2011. Together they have been exploring all the photos, letters and diaries from the Garman Epstein family and making lots of work about this exploration. Bob believes that the sculpture of Esther is like the Mona Lisa for Walsall. You can see some of it in this room.
