‘A BRAMBLE HOUSE CHRISTMAS’ Cast Bios

AUTUMN REESER (Willa) – Autumn Reeser has established herself as a highly sought-after young actress in film and television. She can currently be seen on E!’s “The Arrangement” opposite Josh Henderson. She most recently starred in the independent film Valley of the Bones opposite Rhys Coiro, and Kill ‘em All opposite Jean-Claude Van Damme. Other recent feature credits include ’s Sully and Dead Trigger.

Reeser’s extensive television credits include starring roles in the action/drama “Last Resort” with Andre Braugher and Scott Speedman and in the superhero comedy/action/drama “” opposite Michael Chiklis and , both on ABC. She had a memorable turn as the ambitious junior agent Lizzie Grant on two seasons of the HBO hit “Entourage.” Reeser’s breakout role came on the FOX hit “The O.C.” Critics buzzed about her work in the series as the determined go-getter Taylor Townsend during its final two seasons.

Other television credits include The CW’s “Valentine” and the ABC series “The Whispers” and “Nature of the Beast,” as well as guest roles on “Royal Pains,” “Jane by Design,” “,” “Ghost Whisperer,” “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” “: Voyager,” “CSI,” and “Cold Case.” She has had memorable arcs on “Hawaii Five-0,” “Necessary Roughness,” “Human Target,” “Raising the Bar” and “George Lopez.” Reeser also had a recurring role on the comedy “Complete Savages,” working on episodes directed by Mel Gibson and Daniel Stern, among others.

On the film side, Reeser appeared in So Undercover starring and was featured in ’s neo noir thriller The Big Bang, opposite Antonio Banderas. Continuing on a path to explore diverse characters, she portrayed the violent assassin AK-47 in Smokin' Aces: Assassin’s Ball, as well as a reluctant teenage vampire in the horror film Lost Boys 2: The Tribe. Her performance as a small-town, Southern dreamer in the indie Our Very Own helped lead the cast (including , Keith Carradine and Jason Ritter) to a Best Ensemble Acting award at the 2006 Saratoga Film Festival. Reeser spent years training in dance and singing and put her considerable skills to work as the villainess in the MTV musical “The American Mall,” from the producers of Disney’s “High School Musical.”

Reeser is a familiar face to Hallmark Channel viewers, having starred in the network’s original movies “Valentine Ever After,” “I Do, I Do, I Do,” “Midnight Masquerade,” “Love at the Thanksgiving Parade” and “A Country Wedding.”

Raised in Carlsbad, CA, Reeser spent her childhood developing a solid foundation for her acting career by playing a wide variety of characters in local musical theater productions starting at age seven. After high school, she enrolled in UCLA’s competitive theater program and spent the next three years studying theater history, acting technique, dance, voice and movement. Reeser’s love for the stage continues today. She resides in and has two sons, Finn and Dashiell.

DAVID HAYDN-JONES (Finn) – Hallmark Channel viewers will know David Haydn-Jones from his recent starring roles in the original movies “Bridal Wave” and “A Cookie Cutter Christmas,” or from the numerous TV movies in which he has starred, including “The Gabby Douglas Story,” “The Toyman Killer,” “Dear Santa” and “Fatal Trust,” among others.

Haydn-Jones starred in the Canadian TV series “Rumours” and has guest-starred in multiple popular series, including “Modern Family,” “Mistresses,” “,” “NCIS,” and “Judging Amy.” He is the voice of Bravo Marine in the video game “Medal of Honor: Warfighter” and appeared in ’s blockbuster feature Down. Haydn-Jones starred in the independent features All Alone, Wait Means Never and Time Bomb, and was featured in The Last Kiss. Most recently, Hadyn-Jones recurs in The CW’s long-running hit series “Supernatural.”

TERYL ROTHERY (Mable) - Vancouver native Teryl Rothery began her entertainment career as a dancer at age 13 when she performed in her first musical, Bye Bye Birdie. She made her first television appearance five years later on a CBC Halloween special.

After performing voiceover work for the English-language version of the popular anime series “Ranma ½,” she made her telefilm debut with the Christopher Reeve drama “Mortal Sins,” the first of more than two dozen made-for-TV movies in 10 years. Her theatrical features include the family films Andre, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules and Masterminds with Patrick Stewart. She was featured in the acclaimed comedy Best in Show and the horror film Whisper with Josh Holloway. Notable co-starring roles in the TV movies include “Video Voyeur: The Susan Wilson Story” with Angie Harmon, “The Book of Ruth” with Christine Lahti and “Twelve Days of Christmas Eve” with Molly Shannon.

Her many television credits are studded with genre series. Most recently, she had guest star roles in The CW’s longest-running hit, “Supernatural” and “iZombie.” She also had guest appearances in the fan favorite FOX series, “The X-Files” as well as Showtime’s “Jeremiah,”

“The Killing,” “M.A.N.T.I.S” and “The Outer Limits.” Her recurring roles include Netflix’s “Travelers,” The CW’s “Arrow,” and ABC’s “The Good Doctor,” to name a few.

Rothery’s television career also extends into animation, where she has been the voice of lead and supporting characters for multiple animation series, among them “Dragon Ball Z,” “Robocop: Alpha Commando,” “ReBoot,” “Care Bears: Adventures in Care-A-Lot” and “Martha Speaks.”

Rothery has received three Leo Award Nominations for her work in television: one for her portrayal of Dr. Janet Fraiser in “Stargate SG-1” (Best Supporting Performance by a Female), another for her performance in “The Collector” (Best Guest Performance by a Female) and most recently, for her recurring role in “The Guard” (Best Supporting Performance by a Female). She was also nominated for a Jessie Award for her role as Claire in Tempus Theatre’s 2007 productionof A Delicate Balance.

Rothery is best known and loved for her portrayal of Dr. Janet Fraiser on “Stargate: SG-1” and for her starring role opposite Andie MacDowell in the Hallmark Channel original series “Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove.”
