Of the 26th International Workshop on Vertex Detectors (VERTEX2017) that will be held at Las Caldas, Oviedo, Asturias, Spain September 10 - 15, 2017

The 26 th edition of the series will be held on September 10th-15th 2017 at Hotel Enclave "Villa Termal Las Caldas” Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. Participants are expected to attend the meeting for its full duration, arriving on September 10th and leaving on September 16th.

Registration

The registration fee include: Coffee-break, Dinner and Lunch from Monday to Friday, All social activities and the Bus transfer from/to Asturias Airport (OVD) / Hotel Enclave****

Registration will start on Sunday, September 10th from 5 p.m. at the Hotel Enclave**** The workshop fee of 360,00 € + 21% I.V.A and the can be paid by

Hotel accommodation

 All Participants will be accommodated in the Hotel Enclave****  The final hotel accommodation will be communicated by August 25th.  The accommodation will be paid to VIAJES ALTAMIRA S.L.

Changes and cancellations Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site by August 31st. For cancellations or changes after the end of August, please contact the Workshop Organization as soon as possible to avoid hotel charges. A penalty of amount first night will apply for cancelations after august 31th

Social Activities:

 A welcome cocktail will be offered in the evening of Sunday, September 10th at the Hotel Enclave****

 Visit to the most prominent preromanic monuments in the region or a canoe descent of Nalon river are organized in the afternoon of Wednesday, September 13th

 The social dinner will be held on Thursday, September 14th evening

*All social activities are included in the workshop fee.

Proceedings

Oral talks and poster sessions are foreseen. Conference proceedings of accepted contributions will be published in Proceedings of Science, the open access online journal organized by SISSA.

Bus transfer from/to Asturias Airport (OVD) / Hotel Enclave****

A bus will be connect the workshop site to Asturias Airport (OVD).

Sunday, September 10th From Asturias Airport (OVD) to Enclave Hotel The leaving time bus will be fixed depending of the arrivals flights of participants The meeting point for participants is at the airport arrivals lobby There will be assistant person waiting for you at the meeting point

Friday, September 15th From Enclave Hotel to Asturias Airport (OVD) The meeting point will be the reception of the Enclave hotel The leaving time bus will be fixed depending of the departures flights of participants
