    Vœux aux personnalités Mardi 16 janvier 2018 Discours de Patrick Devedjian, Président du Département des Hauts-de-Seine Chers amis, Je suis très heureux de vous accueillir avec Pierre Bédier à la Seine musicale, pour fêter 2018. Beaucoup d’entre vous connaissent cet équipement départemental, à la proue de l’Île Seguin, avec « l’œuf » caractéristique et sa voile photovoltaïque. C’est justement dans l’œuf, l’auditorium dédié à la musique classique, que nous nous trouvons. Les images de ce tout jeune équipement (moins d’1 an d’existence) ont déjà circulé dans le monde entier, puisque le Président Macron a réuni ici, en décembre, les Chefs d’Etat pour le sommet climat. La Seine musicale est une grande fierté pour les Hauts-de-Seine. C’est le 1 er projet sorti de terre sur l’Ile Seguin, après un quart de siècle. Un chantier de 3 ans seulement, dont nous avons absolument maîtrisé les coûts (le budget initial n’a pas été dépassé d’1€ !). Je le redis pour rafraîchir la mémoire de ceux qui nous auraient déjà condamnés à mort dans l’échiquier du Grand Paris : les Départements agissent, les Départements réalisent ! Seul le prononcé fait foi La Seine musicale est à l’image de cette banlieue parisienne, devenue belle et attractive grâce aux collectivités territoriales, qui se sont battues pour en faire autre chose qu’une banlieue dortoir. C’est la décentralisation qui leur a permis de devenir des villes et des départements comme les autres, cette décentralisation sur laquelle la haute administration ne pense qu’à revenir.
