NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

NIQ No: 25/Q/CED of 2020-2021

Name of Work: - Maintenance and upkeepment of Electrical and Air conditioning system at Safe Homes At Youth Hostel, Pather Sathi, Agrasen Bhaban of District (for 3 months)

Sealed quotation are invited from the bonafide resourceful Contractors having experience of similar nature of work i.e having experience in under PWD(Electrical) or other Govt. Deptt. Intending successful bidder will have to deposit earnest money @ 2% of the quoted/ accepted amounts will have to execute an agreement in 2911(i)/2911(ii) forms before formal acceptance of quotation.

Specification of the work & other allied papers may be seen & copies thereof may be taken between the hours 11.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M on week days on or before 16.09.2020 from the office of the undersigned after obtaining permission from him. Intending bidder must have to produce documentary evidence to prove their competency to such type of Govt. Job. Valid Service Tax, Vat registration & income Tax, Profession Tax Clearance Certificate, Pan Card, mustbe produced while taking permission from the undersigned. Last date of permission issue of Quotation paper on 16.09.2020 up to 2.00P.M Quotation will be received up to 16.09.2020 up to 4.00 P.M & will be opened shortly thereafter. Table bid may be done after receiving of bids. No quotation with variable price clause will be considered. Labour Welfare Cess Charge @ 1% (One) on bill value will be deducted as per Finance Department Order. Acceptance of Lowest or any Quotation is not obligatory.
