Items more than 100 years old cannot be taken out of India without the permission of the Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, Janpath, New Delhi-110011. 1. Highest bidder of each lot will be the winning bidder and will be the buyer of the lot. 2. Auction is being conducted in Indian Rupees. 3. The Auctioneer i.e. CollectorBazar (Hobby Tech Pvt. Ltd) has absolute right to divide, combine or withdraw any lot from the auction without giving any reason. The bidding is totally regulated by the auctioneer and has absolute right to refuse any bid or bidder from bidding. 4. The Rupee value presented along with each lot are the CollectorBazar estimated price and no bids below that price will be considered. CollectorBazar believes in total transparency and does not subscribe to the policy of hidden or undeclared Reserve Prices. Hence, the estimate price of each lot is the Starting price for that lot. 5. Each bidder has to Register for the auction and will be required to fill a Registration Form with complete address, telephone number, email id, etc. A valid photo and address id (eg. Aadhar card or Passport or PAN Card with Driving Licences) will be required for new and first time bidders at the time of Registration. By filling up the Bidder Registration form, the bidder shall be deemed to have undertaken to fulfill all conditions of the Auction. By making a bid, each Bidder acknowledges his acceptance of these conditions and shall be bound by them. 6. New bidders may be required to furnish, prior to the auction, either or all of the following: References; Refundable Deposit and / or Government issued picture Identity proof. 7. All winning Bidders have to pay for their winning bid/purchase within 3 working days of closure of auction. For lots paid after 3 days, the auctioneer reserves the right to charge 2% monthly interest on overdue payment and/or cancel the purchase. 8. Auctioneer is not responsible for the safe custody of any lot left beyond 15 days after the date of the sale. Auctioneer reserve the right to re-sell to the second highest bidder or privately without any notice to the bidder/buyer, if the payment is not completed in the stipulated period. 9. Delivery shall only be made against full payment. 10. Any charges incurred during receiving the payment, credit card charges, etc. have to be borne by the buyer. 11. Auctioneer strongly recommends that the Bidder should carefully inspect every lot before bidding on the lot. Bidders must satisfy themselves with regard to the lot before placing a bid on that lot. . 12. CollectorBazar's liability ends as soon as the lot is delivered or dispatched for delivery to the Buyer. 13. In the event of any dispute, the auctioneer has absolute discretion to determine the dispute or resell the disputed lot. 14. All Lots in the auction are described with images and/or lot description. The auctioneer is not responsible for any error in the description. All statements as to the items being sold regarding condition, colour, catalogue references, etc. are statements of opinion only and the auctioneer is not responsible for any discrepancy in the same. The auctioneer reserves the right in forming his opinion to consult and rely upon any expert or specialist regarded by the auctioneer as reliable. 15. Under no circumstances will CollectorBazar or Todywalla Auctions be liable for any costs, expenses or damages incurred by the buyer for any lot, including but not limited to, loss of any kind of profit whatsoever. Bidders must diligently scrutinise the lots before they bid on it. 16. For items that are shown by images, the images are part of the description and should take precedence over the written description. Bidders have to satisfy themselves regarding the condition/state of their purchase. On the request of bidders, images/scans of reverse of items where back scans are not shown in the website or the catalogue will be provided. 17. The buyer has to pay for any shipping and handling charges that are incurred. We shall only ship by either Express Mail Service of India Post or reputed courier services. 18. Buyer is not allowed to remove lots from auction room during the course of the auction. 19. Bid increments shall be : 0 to 1,999 – Rs 100; 2,000 to 4,999 – Rs. 250; 5000 to 9999 – Rs 500, 10,000 to 29,999 – Rs. 1,000; 30,000 to 49,999 – Rs. 2,000; 50,000 to 99,999 – Rs. 5,000; 1,00,000 onwards – Rs. 10,000 or as decided by the auction crier on the floor at the time. 20. Buyer Premium of 10% will be charged on the hammer price plus GST of 18% on Buyer Premium i.e additional cost to the buyer will be 11.8% on the hammer price. The hammer price is inclusive of GST to be paid for the item. As an example: an item sold at a hammer price of Rs. 1,000 shall be charged Buyer Premium of Rs. 100, added to it will be GST @18% that is Rs. 18. The Buyer will hence pay Rs. 1,118 on a hammer price of Rs. 1,000. 21. All unsold lots are NOT available for buying after the closure of the auction. The start price of all unsold lots will become invalid post closure of the auction and may be noted that the re-pricing of those lots may be different. 22. For the smooth conduct of the auction, the auctioneer reserves exclusive rights to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice to any of the parties. 23. Todywalla Auctions (M/s Art & Antique Decor) are responsible only for conducting the floor auction and activities related to the floor auction. They have no role in judging any aspect of any lot offered for auction neither are they in any way responsible for any financial arrangements of any kind with any of the parties therein involved in any form or capacity whatsoever. 24. Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to this Auction. Buyer's Premium is 10% plus GST of 18% on Buyer's Premium, that is, a total of 11.8% on the hammer price.
