("Wipaire") as exclusive marketing agent, the parties agree as follows : 1. Worldwide Marketing Campaign: Wipaire shall conduct a worldwide marketing campaign for the Aircraft. Qualified prospects will be identified through Wipaire's data system and the daily contact of its expansive marketing network. Wipaire will prepare and distribute marketing materials for the Aircraft which may include, but not be limited to Internet web pages, broadcast email, fax campaigns, professional photographs, technical specifications and various magazine advertisements. Wipaire will absorb all costs incurred for the foregoing marketing efforts. 2. Owner hereby authorizes Wipaire, Inc. (Broker) and its agents the exclusive right to procure a buyer for subject Aircraft for a period of 90 days from the date hereon; if after 90 days the Aircraft remains unsold, this agreement may be extended an additional 90 days from date of expiration, with written , mutual consent of the two parties.
