DENSO Announces Organization and Personnel Changes December 25, 2020 DENSO Announces Organization and Personnel Changes KARIYA, Japan. (Dec. 25 2020) – DENSO, a leading mobility supplier, today announced changes to its organization and personnel, effective January 1, 2021. Regarding the changes of organization and executive structure, please refer the news release announced on 7th December 2020 1. Organizational changes Organization Changes Names ・Establish a new Environment Neutral Systems Development Div., FC System Divisions that Report Business Development Div.. Directly to the ・ President Establish new Solution Planning for Smart City Dept., Software Innovation Dept.. Corporate Strategy Center/ Corporate ・Corporate Strategy Center and Corporate Management Center will be Management integrated into Corporate Strategy Center. Center General Administration & ・Establish a new Human Resources Planning Div.. Human Resources Center Legal, External Affairs & ・Establish a new Economic Security Dept.. Communications Center Engineering Research & ・Change its name to Research & Development Center. Development Center ・ Establish a new Production Eng. R&D Center, Global Production Center, Production Industrial Solution Business Group by reorganizing production and procurement- Innovation Center / related function. Purchasing Group ・Establish production group and purchasing group inside Global Production Center. ・Create a new Solution Sales & Marketing Group. This group will include aftermarket sales and services function, which will be spun off from DENSO’s current Sales & Marketing Group. That group will be renamed OEM Sales & Marketing Group.
