GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Confirmation of Variation to the Approved Detailed Development Plan No. 13 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area. (Roc. No. 10248/2010/DP2) No.VI(1)/200/2017. In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 of proceedings Roc.No.10248/2010/DP2, dated:04-07-2017 here by confirms the following variation to the De-Reservation of Playground purpose into Residential use in Ward No.10, Block No. 42 T.S.No. 2919/3, 2920/1 and Reduction of A1A1 100'-0" wide road to 60'-0" wide road and Renamed as KK Road and D1D1 40'-0" wide road reduced to 23'-0" wide road and renamed as JJ" wide road in Village, Coimbatore Municipal Corporation with an extent of 1.40 Acre of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, approved Detailed Development Plan No.13, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc.No.6349/1990/DP2, dated:10-05-1991 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12, published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.6, Part-VI, Section-1, Page-108, dated: 12-02-1992, publication No.VI(1)/184/1990 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 25, Part-VI, Section-1, Page No. 213 & 214, dated: 30-06-2010, Publication No. VI(1)/249/2010. 2. Since objections and suggestions have heen received on this draft notification within the stipulated time, the same are here by confirmed and ordered as below.

CONFIRMATION OF VARIATION 1. Wherever the expression Map No. 4 DDP(CNR) No.11/91 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No. 20/2010 shall be added at the end and to be read with. 2. In schedule III (Form No.5) Part I the existing entries for A1A1 road all the entries in column No.1 to 8 shall be partly deleted. 3. In schedule III (Form No.5) Part I the existing entries for D1D1 road all the entries in column No.1 to 8 shall be partly deleted. 4. In schedule III (Form No.5) Part II the new entries should be inserted for the ‘KK’ 60'-0" wide new road. 5. In schedule III (Form No.5) Part II the new entries should be inserted for the ‘JJ’ 23-0" wide new road. 6. In schedule III (Form No.5) Part II the following entries should be inserted. JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS Notification for Re-Designation of Court at Vaniyambadi in (Roc. No. 2273/2010/G/Judn) No.VI(1)/201/2017. Whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu have issued orders in G.O.(Ms) No. 206, Home (Courts-III) Department, dated 3-3-2015 that a separate District Munsif Court be constituted at Vaniyambadi by converting the existing Additional District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi and in G.O.(Ms) No. 302, Home (Courts-II) Department, dated 05-04-2017, that the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi be converted as separate Judicial Magistrate Court at Vaniyambadi. Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the District Munsif Court and Judicial Magistrate Court at Vaniyambadi are constituted, the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi shall be re-designated as Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi and the existing Additional District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi shall be re-designated as District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi.

Constitution of Sub-Court at Mettupalayam in Coimbatore District (Roc. No. 2709/2010/G/Judn) No.VI(1)/202/2017. “In exercise of the powers conferred under the first proviso to Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras hereby directs that appeals from the decrees or orders of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Mettupalayam be preferred in the court of Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam with effect from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam assumes charge of that court.”

No.7084/2015/LPA-3) [G.O.(2D) No.39, Housing and Urban Development [UD 4(1)] Department, Dated 23.03.2017] No.VI(1)/205/2017. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

(ii) Against the entry “PUBLIC & SEMI PUBLIC” for the expression “1382/2” the following entry “1382/2” (Except 1382/16, 17) (iii) Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL” the expression 1381, 1382/16, 17 shall be added “1377 to 1379” after the entry.
