Brief History of the company : We are a 65 year old tannery based in Ranipet ,Tamil Nadu , India specializing in the production of cow and buffalo articles of finished leather. Ours is a complete raw to finished leather manufacturing facility spread over 5 acres of land. Our facility also includes a full veg leather (East India Tanning ) facility producing leather in pits in a eco friendly way. Our tannery also includes a modern beam house, dye house and finishing facilities. Articles/raw materials : We produce both domestic and imported raw materials for cow articles. Cow crust calf is a repolishable article mainly used for shoe upper and is available in sizes 5-12 and 12 up in full hides in thickness 0.7/0.9 mm and in thickness 0.9/1.1 mm. This is a burnishable finish wherein there is scope for polishing once the shoe is made.We produce this article both in domestic and imported raw material. Cow fullard is a natu- ral milled type of leather available as either fully finished or with a repolishable finish depending on the needs of the customer. We produce this article in two sizes namely size 3/5 ft in thickness 0.6/0.8mm, and size 5/10 ft in thickness 0.7/0.9mm. We also offer this article in a full veg tanned process known as “ VEGATA” with polished effect.Fullard article is used both for the production of leather goods and shoes. Cow Deer Tan is available both in natural milled finish and printed milled finish depending on the clients needs. We produce this article both in hides and sides , in thickness varing from 1.0mm to 1.6 mm in big sizes. This article is fully finished and is predominantly used by bag manufacturers. Cow Joy is a haircelled economy upper available in both full grain and corrected grain finishes in thickness 1.1/1.3 mm and in hides and sides.
